Special Requests

Special Requests are additional items an entrant, member, sponsor or stallholder may make and have to pay for. For example horse stables, straw for an animal pen, a special parking site or a caravan site (if the show society has its own caravan park), or even a booking for Saturday lunch if your society is expanding into catering.
The Special Request option can be selected from the Enter an Entry, Sponsorships, Memberships and Trade Stall Allocation screens.
Special Request details are printed on the Confirmation of Entry, Sponsorship Invoice, Membership Invoice and Stallholder's Confirmation reports.

Special Request Descriptions are created in the 'Special Request Description Definition' form, that is opened by clicking the 'Add/Edit Description' button.
Once a Description has been selected, the standard values defined in the 'Special Request Description Definition' form on the special request form will be updated, but these can be altered for each individual request.
When the Special Request screen is exited the fees for the contact will automatically be updated.

This option gives AgShow an immense amount of flexibility in that it allows you to define any service other than normal entry details to be included within the database.

Special Request details are printed on the Confirmation of Entry, Sponsorship Invoice, Membership Invoice and Stallholder's Confirmation reports.

For the purposes of the Special Request reports, a Special Request is defined by the Description.
The Show Day Reports Menu has an option to print the Special Request List.
